1. ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders placed on iDosah.com.pk are subject to acceptance and availability.
Orders will be processed when all details are confirmed.

We offer nationwide delivery in Pakistan. Delivery times vary based on your location and courier services.
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE: We accept any unused, unwashed, and undamaged Merchandise with Original Packing and tags for an Exchange or a Return. Applicable ONLY if informed for Exchange within 48 hours of Delivery and Return within 7 days. Contact our support team at info@idosh.com.pk with (SUB:RETURN) to initiate a return (within 7 Days after delivery) OR exchange the product at info@idosh.com.pk (SUB:EXCHANGE) (48 Hours after delivery)
REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
Refunds or Exchange will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
SHIPPING COSTS:
The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
